Who Am I?
I am a results driven executive and I use my passion for the restaurant industry to consult and guide other professionals. Personally my best friend (my wife) and I have two typical, high energy teenage kids, love football, building sand castles in Cannon Beach, collecting wine and cooking with friends.

What is my purpose?
To guide professionals to attaining sustainable performance, specifically focusing on ensuring the owners vision is consistently executed in all units.
What is my process?
My leadership style comes from the basics. With a healthy competitiveness I focus on building teams that have the right attitude for executing consistently on the four cornerstones of the business; Sales, Controls, People & Standards. I am relentless on planning and detail and once the team has established its goals via a collaborative climate then my intensity is on the teams approach to the goals.
What is my background?
I have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry for companies, such as Keg Restaurants, Milestones and Sugar Mountain Guest Services. Starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to President and CEO. I have worked in all levels of organizations from start-ups to mid-cap companies, both privately held and public corporations. I have opened 26 restaurants from the ground up in the North American market.
What is my track record?
In all the companies I have worked for I have guided improved performance of bottom lines. From improving cash flow in one year by 400k to being nominated as the TOP GUN performer and as well being chosen by the restaurant news for Cutting Edge Brand Innovations for which I was put on the cover of the magazine along with an expose on my accomplishments.
